Via SME interviews, stakeholder focus groups, and review of existing material, advise on and create curriculums, courses, and communications. These might be for B2C or B2B product adoption, employee education, manager trainings, or other initiatives.

Case study: Helping new Google team members
As a senior content strategist with Beyond, I worked with senior stakeholders in Google’s global marketing department to create a curriculum for new employees to learn basics like how to get contracts signed, obtain POs, and get credentialed to place ads on YouTube. I devised a 7-course curriculum and pinpointed the goals of each course, then after obtaining client alignment, outlined each course for the copywriting team.

Case study: One-sheet for Twitter managers
A long time ago in a galaxy far away (early 2022), Twitter was one of the most progressive firms in tech. As a senior strategist at SYPartners, I helped them implement a pay transparency program for their employees, including leading focus groups with managers and ICs about having open conversations about salary ranges. I then created this one-sheet for managers to prepare them for approaching this sensitive subject with their global employees.
