What I do
Create briefs based on client objectives that guide creatives to tell the right story to the right people in the right way.

Case study
Virgin Voyages cruise lines was using paid social advertisements to target users interested in specific destinations or cruise amenities, and as Associate Director of Content Strategy at Huge, I helped the team create content-specific landing pages for these ads to direct to. After interviewing client subject matter experts, examining existing content, analyzing user data, and doing a competitive SWOT analysis, I created briefs that made recommendations on value props, page narrative, and other content (e.g., copy, images). This allowed us to create quick internal/external alignment on a tight deadline and gave creatives a jumping off point to create new pages. I also led internal launch meetings for UX, copy, and visual design based on each brief.
