Case study: Uncovering KPIs at Sphera
Part of the Blackstone group, Sphera is a leading provider of ESG software and services to some of the world’s largest financial firms. As Associate Director of Content Strategy at Huge, I worked with senior stakeholders to uncover probable actions that potential clients might take on the site, based around user mindsets. The hands-on exercise I constructed in Miro allowed us to form Key Performance Indicators to guide page creation and implementation.

Case study: Implementing pay transparency at Twitter
A long time ago in a galaxy far away (early 2022), Twitter was one of the most progressive firms in tech. As a senior strategist at SYPartners, I helped them implement a pay transparency program for their employees, including leading focus groups with executives to determine program goals, department heads’ risk tolerance, possible pain points, and other needs. I used this info to create a white paper to help align the internal team as well as internal communications to inform Twitter employees why executives were implementing the initiative.
